I do not know my username or password. What do I do and who do I contact?
No problem at all - we can help you with your username, sending you a reset link, and unlocking your account. If your student is enrolled at the high school or junior high, contact Kerri Boros via email at kboros@nouvelcatholic.org. If your student is enrolled at the elementary, please contact Jenny Sprague  at jsprague@nouvelcatholic.org. 

I have students enrolled on both campuses; do I have a different login for each?
No! Your username and password will be the same, regardless of the Entity your child is enrolled in. 

I am having trouble logging in. What is wrong?
The number one error is typing "Skyward" into a search engine, such as Google. Skyward is a very popular school management platform and each school district has their own assigned portal. It should always say "Nouvel Catholic Central Schools" and look like the image below. 

Other issues are certainly possible, but we are here to help. Please feel free to reach out with any access issues and we will assist you with finding a resolution.
