Health & Wellness Run Club
1 Mile Fun Run
Friday, May 12th at 3:30

Students start in the back playground and run 3 times around the school for a 1 mile run. The finish will be under the pavilion with snacks and awards. Kids can run or walk and parents are encouraged to cheer along the perimeter of the race course. Parents are also welcome to run with their child. (See map for race course. Green circle is start. Red square is finish. 3x around.)

Timeline:
- 3:15 pm Students are dismissed and may change clothes/shoes
  
  Parents arrive and park as parking lot clears out
- 3:20 pm Students gather on playground
  
  Parents gather to cheer on their child/ren
- 3:30 pm Warm up and group stretch
- 3:35 pm Run begins
- 3:45 pm Runners finish, receive snacks, awards and high five their friends
