Any boys or girls, grades 9th-12th (for the 2024-2025 school year), who are interested in participating in the Clay Target Team, are encouraged to fill out the registration form below. The information collected will be used by coaching staff to share important dates and details about camps, practices and more.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT FULLY REGISTER YOUR STUDENT. THE COACH WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO COPMLETE THE LEAGUE'S REGISTRATION PROCESS.
All students participating in any sport must have a current physical form (dated 4/15/24 or later) on file in the athletic office prior to the beginning of the season, including practice. There may be additional items needed and will be communicated by the coach.
